Cost and Insurance Reimbursement
45-50 min psychotherapy session - $175 per session
We’ll talk about what’s on your mind, and I’ll listen without judgment. You’ll have space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I’ll guide you through understanding and processing emotions, and together, we’ll work on strategies to help you feel better and cope with life’s challenges. Each session is about helping you feel supported, empowered, and understood. My therapy style is ecclectic so I draw from all the therapeutic modalities listed above in sessions.
Trauma Therapy Intensives - $260 per session
Each session lasts 80 minutes. It's recommended to book two sessions per week for at least four weeks, but if that doesn't work for you, we can schedule sessions on an as-needed basis.
Intensives are tailored to your unique needs which may including emotional processing of traumatic or distressing life events plus EMDR or EMDR only.

I have limited Sliding Scale spots for those with minimal financial resources - please reach out to discuss rates!
Use your Out-of-Network Benefits
I do not take insurance but you can use your out-of-network benefits through Thrizer! I charge directly through Thrizer and Thrizer makes it possible to only pay your copay. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
I completely understand that life happens and things come up! That said, to help keep things running smoothly, I do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.
If you haven’t logged on by 10 minutes after our scheduled start time, I’ll consider it a no-show and the full fee will apply. This helps ensure I can be available and present for all my clients as consistently as possible.
