Hey there! I’m Catherine and I’m really glad you’re here.
Therapy doesn’t have to be scary. I approach sessions with empathy, education, and some levity. At times, it might feel like talking with a friend. I care deeply about destigmatizing mental health struggles by helping it feel more approachable.
I utilize the lens of Polyvagal Theory in my sessions which involves more body-based tools and focusing on your nervous system. You can learn more about Polyvagal Theory in therapy under my Services page.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are. We’ll move at your pace and work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.
I have three cats who like to make an appearance during sessions. When I’m not in session, I love to read, try new restaurants, and wander around the city!
